picked at random

I have a strange habit of picking words while i'm reading anything. I simply love to do it. Here is a collection of some such words which , to me, make great sense and are nine month pregnant with emotions.

  • Pushing back my fear with a burst of hurt and anger I was the first one to admit that I was no beauty.
  • Feeling warmed and honoured, as always, by her attention.
  • Gave my hand a friendly little squeeze.
  • Books are my saviours from loneliness.
  • Naked, vulnerable, defenseless.
  • Their laughter boiled up scalding my whole body.
  • Words sound important and sacred like "Our Father".
  • Stopped breathing with amazement.
  • Sweeping us all by her hazel gaze.
  • Tall women are statusque which makes clothing hang beautifully on their frames.
  • Smiled fondly.
  • Walked regally.
  • Lot of thinking to do and decisions to make.
  • Kind words can be short and easy to speak but their echoes are truly endless- Mother Teresa.
  • If you try hard enough you can do anything.
  • She suffered on my behalf.
  • She din't want me to feel sorry for myself.
  • Mom was my rock.
  • If i needed to cry, she'd hold me.
  • She just gave her children infinite patience and love.
  • She had the heart to face anything.
  • And, she taught me, I could too.
  • Hardships make us the people we become.
  • Truly awful nights.
  • Some place to vent her intense pressure.
  • Sunny spirit and supportive friends.
